Catering Options, Pricing, and Amounts
Slow-smoked Memphis-style BBQ, customized especially for your special event! We’ll even sneak in the back door and you can tell your guests that you did all the work!
Requirements:
- Please place orders 24 hours in advance
- Please provide 48 hours for orders of $500 or more
- Place your order by emailing [email protected].
- Orders will be for pick up unless special circumstances are approved of in advance by our management team.

- Rent our space! Party with your guests right on the lake. The CG Hooks building, the Boat Bar or the entire outside patio can be all yours! Inquiries to [email protected].

All boxed lunches are served with your choice of sandwich, choice of side, fishy cornbread, and choice of sauce.
Choice of one side – Chips. BBQ sauce choices: Memphis, Howlin the Blues, Carolina Gold, and Kansas City.
